For holiday rental cleaning

Every turnover booked, ticked off and photographed

Cleaning Airbnb and Booking.com flats between guests is the same job every time, against the clock between check-out and check-in. MopGoblin gives your cleaning business a page where hosts book turnovers, a checklist for each one, and photos that show the flat was ready.

Start from a turnover price list

Register and choose the Holiday rental turnover template: a catalog made for stays, priced in your currency, which you change as you like before you publish.

  • Turnovers for a studio, a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom flat, each at a fixed price.
  • Each room’s turnover tasks: change the bed linen, make the beds, restock toiletries, dishes and dishwasher, empty the bins, sweep and mop.
  • Extras a host can add: a laundry service, a welcome basket, a fridge clear-out.
  • Opening hours every day from 10:00 to 16:00, between check-out and check-in, two flats at a time. Change them to your own.

Hosts book turnovers on your page

Your page shows your turnover prices. A host chooses the flat and a time after check-out, and the turnover is booked.

  1. A fixed price, booked at once

    Customer

The price comes from your catalog, worked out again when the host books, and you both get an email.

  2. Anything unusual, as a quote

    Customer

A deep clean after a long stay, or a stain on the sofa: the host describes it, adds photos, and you send your price.

  3. A host who calls you

    You

Enter the turnover yourself under New booking; with the host’s email, they hear about it too.

  4. Flats with steady bookings

    You

Propose a regular clean every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks; each visit is booked for you, and a skipped one is easy to leave out.

Example: The booking form on a phone: a category, then a free day and time.

A checklist for every turnover

Every booking becomes a checklist for the cleaner, room by room, with the host’s notes on top and how to get in with the address.

  • Cleaners tick off each task on their phone, or mark it not needed and say why.
  • Mark a task “Needs a photo when done”, such as the made beds or the kitchen, and it is ticked off only with a photo of it.
  • You see the photos at once; the host sees them when the job is done: proof the flat was ready for check-in.
  • Download the checklist as a PDF for a flat without signal.

Your team and your day

Every turnover is on your calendar. Put a cleaner on each, or two on a big flat: each sees what the other has ticked off, by name.

  • Your cleaners see only the jobs they are on, with the address, how to get in and the checklist.
  • A change you make on the day reaches the cleaner’s checklist, and the cleaner gets an email.
  • The statistics show each cleaner’s jobs and the time they took against the time booked.
Example: The calendar: work without a cleaner is flagged, and assigned from the day.

Good to know: MopGoblin doesn’t read your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar: turnovers are booked on your page or by you. MopGoblin isn’t affiliated with Airbnb or Booking.com.
